ABOUT ELENA
Over the past 20 years, I have immersed myself deeply in various therapeutic methods and spiritual paths. In addition to my training, I hold a particular specialization in family constellations, where I focus on identifying resources, activating potential, and facilitating liberation according to individual needs. My repertoire of in-depth therapies includes Body and Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Deep Energy Healing and Reading, Massage, Ecstatic Dance, Reiki, Akashic Records, Tantric Meditations, amongst others I’ve acquired and shared throughout the years.
I have also pioneered unique healing methodologies, such as the Lucem Method for uterine healing, and the Rebirth Program, a transformative journey designed to help individuals connect with pleasure and joy, shedding what no longer serves them. My 15-year transformative journey with master plants and a lifestyle rooted in meditation, Tantra, and Yoga, contribute to the holistic approach I bring to healing.
Recently, I have expanded my facilitation to include healing retreats, family constellations, and uterine healing sessions across Luxembourg, Paris, and Ibiza. I visit these places every three months to share my insights and learnings, contributing to less burdened and happier lives for all. My efforts to spread light and joy are inspired by my diverse experiences, personal growth, and spiritual development, enriched by my travels to Egypt, Sardinia, Greece ,India ,Marrocco and many more in search of ancient wisdom.
Actually, I live in Ibiza where I have found another style of life that is helping me grow faster within myself due to the intensity of the polarities of this beautiful and magical island .
