Rasoterra promotes the ‘Slow Food’ concept which puts emphasis on locally sourced ingredients and the distance traveled to reach the dining table. The natural wines here are selected very carefully which (in their own words) “mirror and showcase the lands that surround the city”.
Planet: from Rasoterra we promote ecology, respect for the environment and peaceful and empathetic coexistence with other species. Because Planet B doesn’t exist (and A is a fantastic planet!).
Product: in our kitchen we use very high quality, exclusively local and seasonal products. Because bringing an apple (or an avocado) from the other side of the world is not at all sustainable or cool.
People: at Rasoterra we treat both our collaborators and our producers well, with decent wages, humane hours and without ever discussing a price. Because it is the only way to turn this world into a fairer world.
