Join us for a regenerative brunch experience where food becomes a portal into deeper connection — with ourselves, each other, and the living systems that sustain us.

In this intimate gathering, we will explore the wisdom of interbeing, the power of intergenerational exchange, and the practice of relational balance as a foundation for truly inclusive and diverse communities.

Through nourishing dialogue, ritual sharing, and presence-filled conversation, we’ll lean into what it means to coexist in harmony, beyond the illusions of separation — where our differences are not obstacles, but doorways into richer, more resilient relationships.

Key Statistics

  • Teams with gender-diverse leadership are 21% more likely to outperform on profitability and 70% more likely to capture new markets.
  • Cross-generational mentorship boosts psychological resilience and purpose for both youth and elders, reducing isolation by over 50%.
  • Only 25% of global decision-making roles are held by women — yet communities led by women show 35% greater focus on social cohesion and sustainability.
  • Unpaid care and domestic work, mostly done by women and girls, contributes an estimated $10.8 trillion per year to the global economy — yet remains largely invisible and undervalued.

  • Cultures that embrace relational balance—listening, shared power, emotional intelligence—experience up to 63% less conflict and 79% higher trust.

  • 1 in 3 women globally has experienced physical or sexual violence — yet less than 40% seek help. Safe, inclusive community spaces are critical for healing and empowerment.

  • Only 2 in 10 people with disabilities are employed globally — despite disability inclusion being a fundamental human rights issue under the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
  •  Economic inequality remains one of the greatest barriers to inclusion — women are overrepresented in low-wage sectors, and globally, nearly 60% of working women are in informal or unpaid labor with no legal protections or social benefits. This economic invisibility deepens for Black, Indigenous, migrant, and rural women.
  • Globally, women earn approximately 23% less than men for the same work.
