Hello everyone,

We’re starting a new _Himalayan Kurantaka Yoga class_ *every Tuesday at 16:45 at Ashram Yoga*, Santa Eulalia (Ibiza).

Price: 20€ per class.

The class is a holistic blend of Himalayan intensive asanas (beyond traditional Hatha yoga), somatic movement, Himalayan breathwork for vagal nerve activation, and grounding mantra chanting at the end.
